Chicago Blues Tour™ Customized Tour Request Form We’d love to help you plan a fun Chicago Blues Tour™ for your group of 8 or more. Private tour costs can range from $50 per person up to $150, depending upon the size of the group and the components of the tour. So that we can plan the best possible event for your group, please specify the following information in the form below, making sure to indicate your email and phone number, and press the “submit” button at the bottom of the page to request a private tour proposal for your group. Please indicate the number of people that will participate. (Vans hold up to 12, Buses hold up to 24, 33, 47 and 55, a very important consideration in costs, so keep this in mind). Paricipant cancellations will NOT reduce the quote, so please underestimate as it is easier to scale a tour up than it is to scale it down).

If you would like to include dinner, we can include blues-themed restaurants or catered options at the first club location. Please specify the amount per person you can spend on the meal, not including drinks.

What time would you like your group picked up? (most clubs start music at 9PM, allow time for travel -- some clubs will start earlier for an additional charge).

4_Entertainment Components
Please let us know the following information so we can plan the entertainment components of the tour.

Please be aware that most clubs start music around 9pm and close around 1:30 a.m. It's important to also consider travel time.
